Trip Details


  1. Trip Details Navigation

  • Clicking on any trip in the ALL Trips list redirects you to the Trip Details page.

  • On the Trip Details page, you can view all related information along with additional details.

  • The selected trip in the listing will be highlighted for easy identification.

  • ‘+’ Button (Add Trip)

    • Located beside the reservation list.

    • Clicking it redirects you to the Trip Create page.

  • Left-Side Panel

    • Trip List: Displays all trips.

    • Date Filter:

      • By default, it shows today’s date.

      • You can select a different date or a date range.

    • Trip Status Filters:

      • Options: All, Created, Published, Ongoing, Completed, Cancelled.

      • Clicking a status tab displays trips matching the selected status.

  • Trip List Details

    • Each trip in the list displays:

      • Trip ID

      • Date and Time

      • Reservation Count

      • Vehicle Type

    Specific Trip Details: 


    5. Top Right Information

    • Trip ID — displayed along with its current status (e.g., Created, Completed, Ongoing, etc.).

    • Reservation Count — shown below the Trip ID and status.

      • Clickable: Redirects to the Reservation Section for more details.

    6. Vehicle Profile

    • Vehicle profile picture

    • Vehicle name

    • Reservation Type (Private or Shared)

    • Selected Vehicle Type

    7. Trip Details Sections

    • Trip Details — displays trip-specific information.

    • Route Info — all route-related information for the trip.

    • Map View — clicking opens Google Maps to view the reservation on a map.

    • Passengers and Luggage

      • Number of passengers

      • Number of luggage items

      • Notes

      • Passenger names and ages

      • Add-on names and quantities

    • Dispatch

      • Assign a Driver and a Vehicle to the trip

      • Once both are assigned, a "Publish Trip" button appears

      • Clicking this publishes the trip








    Private Transfer Trip




    8. Top Right Information

    • Trip ID — displayed along with its current status (e.g., Created, Completed, Ongoing, etc.).

    • Reservation Count — shown below the Trip ID and status.

      • Clickable: Redirects to the Reservation Section for more details.

    9. Vehicle Profile

    • Vehicle profile picture

    • Vehicle name

    • Reservation Type (Private or Shared)

    • Selected Vehicle Type

    10. Trip Details Sections

      • All route-related information for the reservation.

    • Payment and Customer Info

      • Displays payment-related information.

      • Customer information is shown here as well.



    • Passengers and Add-ons

      • Number of passengers

      • Number of luggage items

      • Notes

      • Add-on names and quantities

    • Dispatch

      • Assign a Driver and a Vehicle to the trip.

      • Once both are assigned, a "Publish Trip" button appears.

      • Clicking this publishes the trip.








         11. Publish Trip

    • By clicking the Publish Trip button, the trip will be published.

          12. Add Reservation

    • By clicking Add Reservation, you will be redirected to the Reservation section to add a reservation to the trip.

    • This option is available only for Shared Transfers.

          13. More

    • Clicking More reveals three additional options:

    1 .Duplicate

    • Creates a duplicate trip using the same details as the current one.

    2. Edit

    • Click this to edit the trip.

    • All previously filled details will be loaded in an editable form.

    • After making the necessary changes, click Submit to save the updated trip.

    • This option is available only for Shared Transfers.

    3. Delete

     

    • Click delete, then confirm with "Yes" or cancel with "No."
