All Trip

1. Trip List: This Page displays all created trips with their relevant details & additional filters like Date Filtering and Trip Search.
2. Trip Details Columns: Trip ID: Unique identifier for each trip
   Vehicle Type: Category or type of vehicle assigned to the trip
   Vehicle: Specific vehicle assigned to the trip.
   Driver: Driver assigned to the trip.
   Last Activity: Most Recent update or action related to the trip.
   Pickup Time: Scheduled pick-up date and time.
   Pickup Location: Starting location of the trip.
   Drop off Location: End location of the trip.
   Reservation Type: Type of reservation linked to the trip
   Status: Current status of the trip
   Sorting Functionality: Each column includes a sorting function.

3. Date Filtering

   • Located at the top left of the page.
   • This feature allows you to fetch reservations based on a specific date or a date range.
      Date Filtering Options: Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow, This Week & This Month.
     

4. Date Range

• Opens a calendar where you can select the start and end dates to fetch data within that range.

5.  Search Criteria

• Use this field to specifically search by: Vehicle Type , Vehicle , Driver , Driver assignments, Reservation Type & Trip Status.
  
• Clicking this field opens a dropdown with options like Vehicle Type, Vehicle, Driver, Driver Assignments, Reservation Type, and Trip Status.
  
• After selecting a search option, a corresponding input field or search button will appear based on your selection.

6. Clear Button

• Resets all filters and displays the full list of trips.

7. Column Selector

• Located at the top right of the page.
• The Column Selector icon opens a dropdown menu with the following options: Trip ID, Vehicle Type, Vehicle, Driver, Last Activity, Pickup Time, Pickup location, Reservation Type, and Status.

8. Search Bar

• A search bar is available within the dropdown to quickly find specific columns.
  

9. Column Visibility

• You can unselect any column to hide it from the reservation listing table.
  

⚠️ Note

• At least one column must remain selected — you cannot hide all columns.

10. Pagination

Located at the bottom of the Reservation Listing page.

Allows you to navigate between pages using ‘>’ and ‘<’ buttons.

11. Records per Page

• You can choose how many records to display per page by selecting from the dropdown options: 10, 50, 100, 200.
