Reservation settings

The Reservation Settings section in the Settings Module allows users to configure how reservation details are inputted and managed. Here's a breakdown of what each field and feature does:

  • From Field Type: This dropdown lets administrators decide how the starting location of a reservation is determined. "Selected Locations" means users will choose from a predefined list of starting points.
  • To Field Type: Similar to the 'From' field, this sets how the destination is inputted. "Generic Location Search" likely allows for a text search, giving flexibility to enter a wide range of destinations.
  • Intermediate Station Field Type: This option configures how intermediate stops or waypoints are handled. "Fixed Route Stations" suggests that for routes with set stops, users would pick from these established points.
  • Pre-Decided Locations: Administrators can define and manage a list of commonly used locations here. This not only streamlines the booking process for users but also ensures consistency in reservation details.
      1. Location: Administrators can search for and select specific locations to include as options for reservations.
      2. Display Name: For each pre-decided location, a user-friendly name can be entered, making it easier for customers to identify and select when making a reservation.


The "+" button would add the entered location to the list, and the "Save" button would commit all changes made.
