Route

 

Route Section allows users to define various types of Route like (Zone Based, Station, and Fixed Route, and also allows users to use those with a pricing rule, and trip creation.

It has three sections: Zone route, Section, and Fixed Route 

Zone Routes: 

When you first click the Zone Routes tab, you can see a blank page and an Add a zone route button. By clicking that button, you can go to another page called Create a New Zone Route. 

On this page, you can see a component called Select two zones to associate route pricing. There are two drop-downs available, one is From Zone the one is To Zone. 

From Zone: When you click this dropdown, all active zones will appear, and you can select any zone from which you want to start your route.

To Zone: When you click this dropdown, all active zones will appear, and you can select the zone where you want your route to end.

Assign Zone Route Pricing: After selecting the 'From' and 'To' zones, you can click 'Assign Zone Route Pricing'. Please note that if you do not select both zones, you will receive an error message.

Once you click it, you will be redirected to the 'New Pricing Rule' page, where you can verify that the selected zones are already listed under the 'More Criteria' section. From there, you can define a pricing rule based on those zones.

After creating the pricing rules, clicking save will redirect you to the Zone Route page and display a success message indicating that the pricing rule has been created with the assigned zones.

On this page, you can check and verify the details of the zone routes you created, including the From and To zones. You can also view the pricing rules you’ve set. By clicking on a pricing rule, you will be redirected to the Pricing Rule Information page.
