Fixed Routes

Fixed Route is used for shared transfers. In this section, you can create a fixed route by selecting multiple stations, which users can choose from when booking a trip.


After clicking the Fixed Route tab, the Fixed Route page will open. At the top, you'll see an Add Fixed Route button, and below that, a message saying "No data found" will appear in the center of the page, along with pagination controls at the bottom.


By clicking "Add Fixed Route," the Create Fixed Route page will open. On this page, you will see a Route Name field, a Select Station dropdown, and a Route Map view.

Also, a save and cancel button will appear in the top right corner of the page;page.


Route Name: In this field, you can enter any name you want to define for the route.


Select Station: In this field, you can choose any station from the dropdown that you previously defined in the Station section. By clicking the ‘+’ button, a new station input field will be added, also a new delete button will be available.

Optimize Route: By clicking this button, the system will automatically optimize the route.

For example, if you select the stations in the order A, C, B, E, D, it may optimize the sequence to A, B, C, D, E based on the most efficient path.


Route Map View: In the route map, you can see a clear visual representation of the route you are creating.

"Save" and "Cancel" buttons are available at the top of the form:

Save – to save the Fixed Route details

Cancel – to discard changes and exit the form


Edit and Delete functionality-

After saving a Fixed Route, it appears on the Fixed Route page with below details


Route Name

Zone

Start Station

End Station

Station Count

.
Clicking a Fixed Route opens its Details Page with options to Edit or Delete.

 

  • Edit: Modify all information like the previous.

  • Delete: Remove the Fixed Route permanently.
