Reservations For Private Transfer

Clicking the "New" button on the reservation listing page opens the New Reservation page, where you can create a new reservation.


Back Icon: Clicking this will redirect you to the previous page.



Reservation Type > Private Transfer 

First, you'll see the Reservation Type. If you select Private Transfer from the dropdown, the following input fields will appear:

  1. Vehicle Type: Displays all active vehicle types. You can select any available option for the reservation.

  2. Trip Mode: Choose the type of trip from three options – One Way, Hourly, or Round Trip.
  3. If you choose the Trip Mode as Hourly, only the Pick-up Location and the additional field Duration (in hours) fields will appear. You can enter the number of hours manually, or use the ‘+’ and ‘–’ buttons to increase or decrease the duration. The following options will also be available
  4. If you choose Trip Mode as Round Trip, an additional field called Return Journey Date & Time will appear, where you to specify the return date and time. The following options will also be available

  5. If you choose Trip Mode as One Way, the following options will appear:
  6. Journey Date & Time: Select the journey date and time. Clicking this field opens a calendar and time picker.

  7. Pick-up and Drop-off Location: Start typing the address and choose from the suggested options in the dropdown for both the start and end locations.

  8. Add Stop: You can add intermediate stops between the pick-up and drop-off locations. A delete button is available if you want to remove any added stops.

Mandatory Fields: All fields are required except Add Stop, which is optional.

Customer Info:

  1. Customer *: Select the customer for whom you're creating the reservation. All existing customers in the system will appear in the dropdown. An "Add Customer" option is also available at the bottom, which redirects you to the customer creation page. (Mandatory field)

  2. Number of Adults: Select the number of adult passengers (1–99) from a dropdown.

  3. Number of Children: Select the number of children (0–99) from a dropdown.

  4. Number of Luggages: Choose the number of luggage items (0–99) from a dropdown.

  5. Notes: Enter any additional information or notes related to the reservation

Passenger Info : 

Passenger Info:

  1. SL: Serial number of the passenger.

  2. Title: Select the passenger’s title (e.g., Mr., Ms., etc.).

  3. First Name: Enter the passenger’s first name.

  4. Last Name: Enter the passenger’s last name.

  5. Age: Enter the passenger’s age.

Clicking the ‘+’ button adds a new passenger input field with a delete button to remove it.

Addon Info:

  1. SL: Serial number of the addon.

  2. AddOn: All available addons in the system appear in the dropdown; you can select any by clicking the field.
  3. Quantity: Number of addons selected


Clicking the ‘+’ button adds a new addon input field with a delete button to remove it.

Add Fare: This option is off by default. When turned on, the reservation pricing will apply based on the conditions.


Promo Code: A type of discount. You can select a promo code that is available from the dropdown and click the Calculate Fare icon to apply the discount to the reservation pricing. (This is not a mandatory field.)

Fare Breakup: Displays the detailed fare breakdown for the reservation after applying any discounts or conditions.
