Reservation for Shared Transfer
Clicking the "New" button on the reservation listing page opens the New Reservation page, where you can create a new reservation.
Back Icon: Clicking this will redirect you to the previous page.
Reservation Type > Shared Transfer
First, you'll see the Reservation Type. If you select Shared Transfer from the dropdown, the following input fields will appear:
Vehicle Type *: Displays all active vehicle types. You can select any available option for the reservation. (Mandatory field)
Journey Date & Time *: Select the journey date and time. Clicking this field opens a calendar and time picker. (Mandatory field)
After this, three options will appear
Trip: Select this option if you want to create a reservation based on a specific trip.
Route: Select this option if you want to create a reservation based on a predefined route.
Recurring Trip: Select this option if you want to create a reservation that repeats on a recurring schedule.
Select Trip: All available trips within the selected date and time will appear in the dropdown. A "Create Trip" option is also available to add a new trip if needed.
Select Route: Functions the same as Select Trip. All available routes appear in the dropdown along with a "Create Route" option.
Select Recurring Trip: Similar to Select Trip, but only existing recurring trips will be available in the dropdown. You cannot create a new recurring trip from here.
Pick-up and Drop-off Location *: You can choose the pick-up and drop-off locations according to your selected Trip, Route, or Recurring Trip.
Mandatory Fields: All fields are mandatory
After this, for Shared Transfer, all fields are the same as Private Transfer, except that the following are not available: Notes, Number of Luggages, and Addon. All other fields remain the same.
Submit: After filling in all mandatory fields, click the Submit button to create and save the reservation. A success message will appear upon completion.
