Reservation Details

Reservation Details Page

Reservation List:
Clicking on any reservation in the ALL Reservation list redirects you to the Reservation Details page, where you can view all related information along with additional details. The reservation you selected in the listing will also be highlighted for easy identification.


  1. ‘+’ Button:
    Clicking the ‘+’ button beside the reservation list redirects you to the Reservation Create page.

  2. Date Filter:
    On the left side, you’ll see a list of all reservations with a date filter below it. By default, it shows today’s date, but you can select a different date or a date range.

  3. Reservation Status Filters:
    Below the date filter, reservation status filters appear: All, Completed, Confirmed, and Cancelled. Click any tab to view reservations with that status.
    The list displays Reservation ID, Date and Time, Trip Count, and Pricing for each reservation.

 


 

Specific Reservation Details

  1. Reservation ID & Status:
    At the top right, the Reservation ID is displayed along with its current status (e.g., Cancel, Confirm, etc.). Below the Reservation ID and status, the Trip Count is displayed. This is clickable — clicking it will redirect you to the Trip Section for more details.

  2. Customer Profile:
    Below the Reservation ID and Trip Count, the customer’s profile will appear, showing their profile picture, name, Reservation Type (Private or Shared), and the selected Vehicle Type.

  3. Route Info:
    This section displays all route-related information for the reservation.

 


 

Detailed Sections

  1. Trip:
    In this section, you can assign a Driver and a Vehicle to the reservation. After both are assigned, a Publish Trip button will appear. Clicking this button will publish the trip.

  1. Map View:
    Clicking this will redirect you to Google Maps, allowing you to view the reservation from a map perspective.


  2. Fare Breakup:
    This section shows all fare-related information, including payment status, payment mode, and more. An Edit button is available, allowing you to apply a promo code or view/edit payment details on a separate page.

  3. Passenger and Add-on:
    This section displays details related to passengers and add-ons, including the number of passengers, the number of luggage items, notes, passenger names and ages, add-on names, and quantities.

 


 

Top Right Actions

  1. Edit, Send Ticket, and More:
    At the top right of the Reservation Details page, you’ll find three actions: Edit, Send Ticket, and More.

  • Edit: Click this to edit the reservation. All previously filled details will be loaded in an editable form. After making changes, click Submit to save the updated reservation.

  • Send Ticket: Clicking this sends the reservation ticket to the passenger’s registered email address.

  • More: Clicking this reveals three additional options:

    • Duplicate: Creates a duplicate reservation using the same details as the current one.

    • Cancel: Cancels the reservation. A cancellation reason must be provided.

    • Delete: Deletes the reservation. A confirmation alert will appear asking, “Are you sure to delete?”

      • Click Yes to delete the reservation.

      • Click No to cancel the deletion.
