All Reservations



Reservation List: This page displays all created reservations with various details. Additional functionalities like date filtering and reservation search are also available.


  • Reservation ID: Unique identifier for each reservation.

  • Pick-up Time: Scheduled pick-up date and time.

  • Pick-up Location: Starting location of the trip.

  • Drop-off Location: Ending location of the trip.

  • Type: Reservation type (e.g., Private Transfer, Shared Transfer).

  • Trip Mode: Mode of the trip for private transfer (One Way, Hourly, Round Trip)./For shared, it will be blank 

  • Customer: Name of the customer for whom the reservation is made.

  • Status: Current status of the reservation (e.g., Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled).

Columns: Each column (Reservation ID, Pick-up Time, Pick-up Location, Drop-off Location, Type, Trip Mode, Customer, Status) includes a sorting function to sort the data accordingly.


Date Filtering: Located at the top left, this feature allows you to fetch reservations based on a specific date or a date range.


   Date Filtering Options:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Tomorrow

  • This Week

  • This Month

  • Date Range: Opens a calendar where you can select the start and end dates to fetch data within that range.

Search Criteria: Use this field to specifically search by Reservation ID, Customer, Reservation Type, Vehicle Type, Reservation Status, or Driver Assignments.

Clicking this field opens a dropdown with options like Reservation ID, Customer, Reservation Type, Vehicle Type, Reservation Status, and Driver Assignments. After selecting a search option, a corresponding input field or search button will appear based on your selection.


Also, a clear button will appear to clear the filtering.


Column Selector: Located at the top right, the Column Selector icon opens a dropdown menu with options such as Reservation ID, Dispatcher, Pick-up, Drop-off, Type, Trip Mode, Booked By, and Status. A search bar is available within the dropdown to quickly find specific columns. You can unselect any column to hide it from the reservation listing table.


⚠️ Note: At least one column must remain selected — you cannot hide all columns.


Pagination: Located at the bottom of the Reservation Listing page, pagination allows you to navigate between pages using ‘>’ and ‘<’  buttons. You can also choose how many records to display per page by selecting from the dropdown options: 10, 50, 100, or 2000.
