Private Transport

The AllRide Customer App focuses on providing a premium, personalized experience for users who prefer private and dedicated cab services. Here’s an overview of the features and functionalities tailored for private transport:

Login screen

Using your credentials log in to the app. Provide your email ID  and password.

Home Screen

Upon logging in you will see the home screen of the app. You can choose the required service, such as Cab Transfer, Bus Transfer, etc.

Cab Transfer

Upon tapping on the Cab Transfer, you will presented with multiple functionalities and options -

  • Book Now
  • My Trips
  • Ongoing Trip
  • Help Center

Booking a Cab

  1. Tap on 'Book Now'. 
  2. You will be presented with a form. There you will have to fill out booking information such as date and time, pickup and dropoff location, etc. After filling out the details, tap on 'Search' button
  3. Upon tapping on 'Search', you will directed to the vehicle selection screen. Select a vehicle to proceed further.
  4. Now you will see the 'Review Booking' screen. Based on the vehicle you have selected, you will be provided with trip details such as estimated trip duration and distance, seating capacity, etc.
  5. Next comes the passenger details where you provide the names and ages of the passengers. You can also skip it if you want. Tap on 'Next'.
  6. Next up you will be directed to the 'Booking Summary' where trip details will be shown alongside the fare details. Tap on 'Confirm'.
  7. Upon confirming you will be shown a prompt saying 'Booking confirmed'. After this, you will be redirected back to the home screen.

My Trips

Here you will be able to see all of your past, ongoing, and upcoming trips along with their status. 

Upon clicking the trip, the trip and fare details will be shown.

You can also cancel your trip by tapping on the 'Request cancellation' button. Provide your reason for cancellation and hit the 'Cancel Booking' button.

Ongoing Trip

Here you will be able to track your ongoing trip at different stages of the trip.

Help Center

If you need any kind of help or guidance feel free to use the 'Help center'. You will have the following options here -

  • FAQ - This section will provide you with answers to some commonly asked queries.
  • Chat with us - This section allows you to text your query or problem to customer support.
  • Call Us - This allows you to call customer support.
  • Email Us - This allows you to mail customer support.
